- The Goth Palatial Estate (as some players called it) is a large, massive mansion. It has a very nice garden outside (which includes the 'non-haunted' graveyard) and small patio ready for tea parties. The interior rooms in the first floor includes the main entrance hall, the dining room, the study, the parlor, the kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, the piano room and the aviary. The second floor's interior rooms includes the second floor landing, a bathroom, the bedroom, the pet room, the lounge and the terrace.

- Converted the lot to a community lot as I thought it would be make a good hang out for teens to explore an abandon house. Remembering back in High School, how I used to explore abandon buildings in Grove City, Ohio.

- removed the residence mailbox and trash can

- added the community lot pay phone, bench, community lot trash can, tent, and homeless man.


version 3.0

- I temporary resurrect Gunther and Cornelia Goth using mods for a film that shows the massive house fire that killed Gunther.

- Much of the furniture was destroyed in the fire leaving only a piles of ash.

- Gunther and Cornelia Goth remains deleted off the lot.


version 2.0

_ Matched up the wallpaper as it appears in The Sims.

- Added Furniture to match close as possible to how it looked in The Sims game.

- Added 2 Fireplaces on the first floor.

- Made some changes to the style of the doors and replaced a window with a door.

- Change the front garden that contain some statues to the graveyard as it appears in The Sims. Added 2 tombstones to be the graves for Hecuba and Menelaus. Added the cat statue by Hecuba and Menelaus graves.
